Public Notice of Water Rate Adjustment – Effective April 1, 2026
The Fall Creek Falls Utility District will implement an adjustment to the Customer Charge and the per-1,000-gallon water rate for all residential and commercial account classes beginning April 1, 2026. The Customer Charge supports the fixed costs necessary to provide safe and reliable drinking water to all customers. These costs include the operation and maintenance of the water treatment plant, pump stations, storage tanks, distribution lines, metering equipment, and the administrative functions required to process and bill customer accounts each month. Adjustments to these charges ensure the continued integrity, reliability, and sustainability of the District’s water system infrastructure.
