Fall Creek Falls Utility is pleased to announce that a project we have been working on for over a year will soon come to pass! We are getting a new billing system software, this will come with a customer portal, where customers will be able to look up your account and pay with more payment options, and you will be able to go paperless and get email billing, billing should also be upgraded to paper billing, no more post cards. This may take a couple of months to implement, but the process has begun. We are very excited and hope this will make our customers’ billing and payment experience much better.

FYI you may see a person riding a bike checking water lines and meters, we have someone contracted to do that for the utility. The company name is Prowler, he will be around over the next few months.
