Fall Creek Falls Utility offers Leak and Line Protection thru Servline. Leak protection is automatically added to accounts, it helps pay your bill up to $1,000 one time a year in the event of a water leak, customers that wish may opt out of the coverage that costs $2.49 a month, will be responsible for paying the entire bill in the event of a leak. Line protection is not added automatically customers have to ask for that coverage, it helps pay to repair a leak and pays up to $10,000 per leak the cost for that is $5 per month. There is also coverage for business but it costs a little more.
