Boil Notice

DRINKING WATER PROBLEM CORRECTED

Customers of the Fall Creek Falls Utility District were notified on 23 January 2024 of a problem with our drinking water and were advised to BOIL BEFORE USING. We are pleased to report that the problem has been corrected and that it is no longer necessary to BOIL BEFORE USING. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Our crews repaired numerous leaks ranging from main lines to residential meter connections. These repairs allowed the system to build tank levels and restore pressure throughout. Lines have been flushed and tested; all test proved negative in all bacteriological results.

As always, you may contact Monica Blankinship at 423-881-5065 or 27364 SR 30, Pikeville, TN 37367, or email at fcfud@bledsoe.net with any comments or questions.
